Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on a project related to urban entrepreneurship.
- Use mathematical modelling to specify relationships between start-ups, developers, and planners under spatial equilibrium framework.
- Join a multidisciplinary team led by senior faculty members.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics, urban economics, data science, or related subjects from a world-leading university.
- Demonstrate research background in mathematical and computational modelling.
- Preference given to applicants with specialised skills in calculus, spatial equilibrium models, and equilibrium sorting models.
- Outstanding track record of publications and research project experience is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — Contract for one year with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
