Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on antimicrobial peptides AI models including training data acquisition and generator training.
- Perform filter training and optimization of AI models.
- Conduct animal and antibacterial experiments in a biosafety level 2 laboratory.
- Work under the supervision of Professor Peng Gao on antimicrobial research projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in AI, machine learning, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate closely with biologists and work independently with high motivation.
- Experience in antibacterial work is preferred and interest in pursuing postgraduate studies is encouraged.
Appointment
- Full-time, 1-year temporary contract (renewable subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
