Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain laboratory computing resources including Linux servers, NAS storage systems, and GPU workstations.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of software environments for AI and medical imaging research.
- Manage computational workflows, data organization, and storage strategies for large-scale MRI datasets.
- Provide technical support for researchers using laboratory computing resources.
- Collaborate with researchers and clinicians on ongoing MRI and AI projects.
- Assist with preparation of research documentation, technical reports, and publications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and scientific computing workflows.
- Experience with Git and software development practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
