Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct cell culture, cell manipulation, and functional assays in cell biology research.
- Perform molecular biology techniques including bacteria culture, cloning, plasmid preparation, qPCR, Western blotting, and flow cytometry.
- Handle mouse work including husbandry, xenograft allocation, drug administration, and tumor monitoring.
- Record experimental data in logbooks and analyze data using scientific software such as GraphPad Prism, SPSS, and Flow Jo.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master/M.Phil. degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with basic molecular biology techniques and animal work is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Bioinformatic analysis skills are preferred but not mandatory.
