Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional career and life coaching to students supporting their self-understanding and whole-person development.
- Design programmes and manage projects for flagship initiatives including mentorship and leadership programmes.
- Provide strategic leadership in quality assurance and programme excellence for student engagement initiatives.
- Mentor the developing career development team and facilitate succession planning.
- Carry out administrative tasks for programmes and courses.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a recognised degree.
- Demonstrate experience in career coaching, programme design, and project management.
- Show capability in team mentoring and stakeholder engagement.
Appointment
- Fractional part-time, 60%, two-year fixed-term contract (renewable subject to funding and performance)
