Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct, coordinate, and supervise independent and collaborative research projects on drug discovery, drug delivery systems, and disease mechanisms.
Actively pursue external research grants and funding opportunities.
Supervise research students and staff members.
Perform administrative tasks related to research operations.
Complete other departmental tasks as assigned by leadership.

PhD degree with strong academic background in biomedical engineering, translational chemistry, biomaterials, or molecular biology.
Preferably at least two years of postdoctoral research experience.
Competitive publication record in leading peer-reviewed journals with demonstrated research achievements.
Strong ability to lead research projects with self-motivation and potential to become an independent Principal Investigator.
Research experience and success in securing research funding are advantageous.

Contract — up to two years, with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract; commencement as soon as possible; renewal subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
