Full-time/ Part-time Research Assistant(s)

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide technical support for eye surgery training courses using wet laboratory and virtual reality simulations.
Purchase, prepare, and maintain inventory of training materials including artificial and animal eyes.
Operate, monitor, and manage medical equipment and simulation centre instruments.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety policies and procedures during training sessions.
Liaise with equipment manufacturers to troubleshoot technical problems.
Assist with ad hoc duties related to training events as needed.

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or relevant working experience for Junior Research Assistant consideration).
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and mature approach to work.
Personal integrity, sincerity, and good team spirit.

Full-time / Contract — one year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
