Full-time/ Part-time Research Assistant(s)

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide technical support for eye surgery training using wet laboratory and virtual reality simulations.
Purchase and prepare training materials including artificial and animal eyes for courses and practice sessions.
Liaise with equipment manufacturers to troubleshoot technical problems.
Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, procedures, and safety protocols during training activities.
Operate, monitor, and manage medical equipment and report malfunctions.
Maintain accurate inventory of training materials.
Assist with ad hoc duties related to training events as needed.

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (fresh graduates welcome; those without degrees may apply for Junior Research Assistant role).
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Full-time contract — one year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement; commencement as soon as possible.
