Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews on vision-language models, multimodal fusion, and self-motivated learning paradigms.
Implement, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale pretrained models for perception and diagnostics tasks.
Develop and optimize training pipelines for multimodal data with physical constraints.
Design and experiment with reinforcement learning frameworks for autonomous decision-making in industrial environments.
Enhance model interpretability through mathematical analysis and visualization of neural network components.
Optimize system architecture for edge-cloud deployment, including model compression and quantization.
Prepare technical documentation, experiment reports, and presentations for academic and industrial stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Llama-Factory).
Practical exposure to multimodal model architectures and reinforcement learning algorithms.
Basic understanding of mathematical concepts underlying deep learning and interest in model interpretability.
Self-driven, collaborative, and able to work in interdisciplinary research environments.
