Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research projects on educational programs and youth development initiatives.
- Conduct surveys and interviews using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Prepare presentations and research reports based on findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and research teams across institutions and disciplines.
- Provide research and administrative support to the research team as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Statistics, or related discipline.
- At least two years of related research experience.
- Ability to execute research projects with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Hands-on experience in statistical analysis and/or conducting fieldwork interviews.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English writing with solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Appointment
- Full-time, 1-year contract (renewable subject to satisfactory performance, mutual agreement, and funding availability)
