Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating academic activities and reviewing coursework assignments.
- Guide student projects and facilitate classroom discussions.
- Manage program admissions, prepare reports, and organize events as assigned.
- Attend classes on weekday evenings and occasionally on weekends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's, MPhil, or PhD degree in Psychology, preferably in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
- Demonstrate ability or experience supporting teaching in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
- Possess proficiency in statistical analysis to support student projects.
- Be proficient in English and Chinese; spoken Cantonese or Putonghua is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time — 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.
