Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical trial operations and execute study procedures.
- Conduct study planning and data collection with document management.
- Manage medical emergencies, facilities, and quality assurance.
- Communicate with research teams and internal/external collaborators.
- Perform other duties as assigned and work outside normal business hours occasionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing with Hong Kong Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificate and venipuncture certificate advantageous.
- Clinical trial operations experience and Good Clinical Practice knowledge advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-minded, multitasking, self-motivated with fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
