Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct classes and practical training in western food preparation.
Develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials.
Deliver catering and culinary services during daily operations.
Supervise staff and resources, prepare financial estimates and maintain records.
Handle student and academic administration including recruitment and placement.
Oversee procurement, maintenance and commissioning of equipment.
Manage training programmes and daily kitchen operations.
Liaise with industry counterparts and related associations.

Higher diploma in Hotel/Catering Management/Culinary Arts or relevant discipline; preferably Certified Trainer Chef Certificate in Western Cuisine.
At least 6 years of relevant work or teaching experience in hotel/catering industry.
Good supervisory experience and administrative abilities.
Good knowledge of trade-specific terminologies.
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese; Putonghua knowledge is preferable.
Good knowledge of basic computer applications.
Ability to pass a trade test.
