Senior Manager (Entrepreneurship and Funding)

Duties & Responsibilities

Design and execute programmes that promote entrepreneurship among students and faculty.
Organise workshops, seminars, and networking events connecting entrepreneurs with mentors and resources.
Identify and engage potential industry partners and investors to promote technologies and secure funding.
Provide support for funding applications, including grant writing and budget preparation.
Coordinate investor engagement activities such as pitching sessions and technology showcases.
Promote entrepreneurship programmes and manage associated initiatives.
Assist the Director in planning, developing and managing entrepreneurship projects.

Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, finance, or related field.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship development or incubation.
Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
Experience in funding management, administration, and grant writing is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Full-time; Fixed-term contract of two years with possible re-appointment subject to performance review and funding availability.
