Duties & Responsibilities
- Optimize the Student Information System (SIS) and electronic platforms by gathering user requirements and liaising with the IT Office.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless system adoption.
- Support graduate students and staff in using the SIS and electronic platforms.
- Maintain and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with IT teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with student information systems or enterprise software implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with UAT processes and system optimization is preferred.
