Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in literature searches and reviews for research projects.
- Analyze survey and interview data.
- Write research reports.
- Manage administrative tasks.
- Supervise research assistants and student helpers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the project leader.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated with willingness to learn new tasks.
- Preferred experience with advanced qualitative and quantitative research software (e.g., Mplus, R, PLS, NVivo, SPSS).
- Advantageous experience in EEG, MEG, or MRI/fMRI.
- Advantageous knowledge of advanced statistical modeling.
Appointment
- Full-time, 12-month contract (renewable subject to mutual agreement)
