Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled recruitment and talent-management solutions including candidate screening, competency profiling, and assessment.
- Develop and manage industry partnerships to identify organisational problems and translate them into research projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as HR leaders, business executives, technology providers, and researchers on collaborative projects.
- Support the development of integrated AI+VR approaches for evaluating competencies in realistic work environments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Organisational Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, HCI, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong ability to connect academic research with practical organisational and industry challenges.
- Experience managing research projects, innovation platforms, laboratories, or interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments with industry partners, academics, technology specialists, and HR professionals.
- Preference given to candidates with industry networks, university-industry collaborative R&D experience, or experience with VR/AR/XR and immersive technologies.
- Master's degree plus 1 year post-qualification experience may qualify for Senior Research Assistant appointment.
