Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate sophisticated scientific instruments (HPLC, GC, QQQ, Q-TOF, Orbitrap, QTRAP) to support core service and research.
- Liaise with users to coordinate service logistics.
- Provide technical advice to users on proteomics and metabolomics analysis.
- Evaluate and validate new technologies for the core facility.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related discipline.
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience with relevant skills and commitment to quality and compliance.
- Working knowledge of MS-based technologies with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Competence in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract (renewable subject to satisfactory performance) with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
