Duties & Responsibilities
- Support core services for sample processing and equipment maintenance in the Biobank Core.
- Support data management in the Biobank Core using LIMS systems.
- Liaise with users to coordinate service logistics and sample handling.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related discipline.
- Strong passion for science and technologies with self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in processing clinical samples is advantageous.
- Proficiency in microtome and cryostat for FFPE and frozen tissue sectioning is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract (renewable) with contract-end gratuity and University retirement benefits contribution up to 10% of basic salary.
