Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate sophisticated analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, QQQ, Q-TOF, Orbitrap, and QTRAP to support core services and research.
- Liaise with users to coordinate service logistics and research support.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to research users.
- Evaluate and validate new proteomics and metabolomics technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry or related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant laboratory experience in proteomics.
- Experience operating and maintaining state-of-the-art mass spectrometry and chromatography equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably with prior core facility experience.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, and competent in MS Office applications.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
