Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in ocean science and related disciplines.
- Establish and lead independent research programs.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English.
- Contribute to department and institutional committees and activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD degree in ocean science or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate a strong research record and potential for establishing robust research programs.
- Show commitment to excellence in both teaching and research.
- For Assistant Professor positions, at least 2 years of post-doctoral experience is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — initial appointment typically on a three-year renewable contract; Associate Professor and above may be granted tenured appointments.
