Duties & Responsibilities

Support delivery of a new online AI literacy course for first-year undergraduates across multiple sections.
Moderate discussion forums and respond to student queries with timely, pedagogically grounded feedback.
Grade assessments including case study analyses and reflections using rubrics with human oversight of AI-assisted scoring.
Prepare, update, and quality-assure course materials such as lecture videos, quizzes, and interactive readings.
Coordinate with graduate teaching assistants and tutors to maintain grading consistency and assessment standards.
Coach student teams and assist with organizing a chatbot competition and judging process.
Contribute to course evaluation and improvement through learning analytics and student feedback analysis.
Provide administrative support including record-keeping, scheduling, and staff onboarding.

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in education, learning sciences, cognitive science, computer science, data science, AI, or related discipline.
Strong interest in AI literacy, human–AI collaboration, and undergraduate teaching.
Excellent written and spoken English; working proficiency in Cantonese or Putonghua is advantageous.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with ability to work effectively in teams.

Full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract, renewable subject to performance and operational needs.
