Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in Medical Physics

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead translational physics research in precision radiation oncology.
Build collaborative research projects with clinical and radiation oncologists.
Provide guidance on implementing advanced technology, particularly artificial intelligence, in clinical settings.
Teach at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels and develop curriculum.
Mentor students in the program.

Ph.D. in Medical Physics or Science with recognized board certification from The American Board of Radiology or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in practice and research with successful grant applications and peer-reviewed publications.
Demonstrated teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
Evidence of field recognition through awards, honors, invited presentations, or leadership roles is highly desirable.
Experience in artificial intelligence, imaging analysis, biophysics modeling, or big data management is preferable.
Track record of collaboration with clinical or radiation oncologists is desirable.

Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract; exceptionally outstanding candidates may be considered for tenure-track appointment subject to university approval.
