Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate degree programmes in Economics.
- Conduct high-quality scholarly research and maintain an active research agenda.
- Provide services to the Faculty and University.
- Professors must attract competitive grants and provide leadership (for Professor-level appointments).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess or be close to completing a Ph.D. degree in Economics.
- Demonstrate outstanding research promise.
- Show ability to teach at undergraduate and/or graduate level.
- Professors must have proven record of high-quality scholarship, teaching, and ongoing research leadership.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for three years with possibility of renewal and tenure consideration before expiry of second three-year contract; exceptionally outstanding candidates at Professor/Associate Professor level may be appointed on tenure terms.

- Start date: July 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.
