Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach courses in postgraduate programmes related to international organizations and global governance.
- Conduct rigorous quantitative research on economics and politics in the energy sector.
- Contribute to research and knowledge exchange activities.
- Develop postgraduate programmes and assume service and administrative responsibilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in economics, public policy, or a closely related field.
- Accomplished scholar with rigorous quantitative research on energy sector dynamics.
- Teaching and research experience in carbon-to-renewable energy transitions, natural resource supply chains, industrial policy restructuring, or global energy governance.
- Proven track record or strong potential for research excellence and scholarly publications.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — three-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract; exceptional candidates at Professor/Associate Professor level may be considered for tenure-track appointment subject to university approval.
