Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute to planning, development, implementation and review of the Master of Science in Digital Tourism and Hospitality Management programme.
Provide academic leadership in learning, teaching strategies and curriculum development for at least one specialist module.
Teach and supervise students at graduate and undergraduate levels in both face-to-face and online formats.
Lead scholarly activities including research, consultancy, networking and industry collaborations.
Maintain liaison with industry partners and educational institutions to ensure programme relevance and excellence.
Oversee the MScDTHM and related programmes and lead accreditation exercises (Professor/Associate Professor rank only).

Hold a recognised Doctoral degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or related discipline.
Demonstrate relevant teaching experience at tertiary level.
Show achievements in research and scholarly activities.
Possess professional practice experience in relevant fields.
Achieve high proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Have mother tongue/language as Putonghua, or meet alternative criteria.
Preferably have experience in new programme development and accreditation exercises.
