Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute to planning, development, implementation and review of the Master of Science in Digital Tourism and Hospitality Management programme.
Provide academic leadership in learning, teaching strategies and curriculum development for at least one specialised module.
Teach and supervise students at graduate and/or undergraduate levels in digital tourism and hospitality management courses.
Lead scholarly activities including research, consultancy, networking and industry collaborations.
Maintain liaison with industry, commerce and educational institutions to ensure programme relevance and excellence.
Oversee the MScDTHM and related programmes and lead accreditation exercises (for Professor/Associate Professor ranks).

Hold a recognised Doctoral degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or related discipline.
Demonstrate relevant teaching experience at tertiary level.
Show achievements in research and scholarly activities with professional practice experience.
Possess high proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Have mother tongue/language as Putonghua or meet alternative specified criteria.
Preferably have experience in new programme development and accreditation exercises.
