Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Mainland and global engagement strategies aligned with the University's vision.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with world-leading universities, research institutions, industry partners, and government bodies.
- Act as ambassador representing the University in major Mainland and global initiatives.
- Strengthen the University's global brand and reputation as a hub for cutting-edge research and talent.
- Enhance international student recruitment, exchange programs, and student mobility support.
- Maximize opportunities across talent recruitment, teaching, learning, research, knowledge exchange, and technology transfer.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Senior management experience in higher education or equivalent sector.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing global engagement strategies.
- Strong ability to build and sustain high-impact strategic partnerships.
- Excellent diplomatic and ambassadorial skills.
Appointment
- Full-time, five-year term, subject to renewal; accorded University Officer status.
