Works Supervisor I/II (Building Services – Plumbing and Drainage) (carrying the job title of ‘Maintenance Officer’)

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise alteration and improvement works on building services.
Plan and lead internal staff for repair and maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems.
Perform regular inspections of systems.
Liaise on systems operation regarding energy saving and carbon reduction.
Work overtime, shifts, and weekends/public holidays when necessary.

Hold a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognised institution.
Have at least 3 years' supervisory experience in installation, operation and maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems.
Prepare reports in both English and Chinese.
Possess good computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight schedules.
Plumbers' license is advantageous; candidates with 1+ year relevant experience may be considered for Works Supervisor II level.

Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
