Duties & Responsibilities
- Draft tender specifications and prepare drawings for renovation projects.
- Liaise with users, consultants, designers, builders and contractors on work and budget proposals.
- Perform progress, quality, safety and budget control.
- Conduct contract administration and measurement of works.
- Work overtime, on shifts, and weekends/public holidays as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering from a recognised institution.
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience overseeing composite renovation projects independently.
- Sound technical knowledge of Building Services and E&M trades.
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills in English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year contract (renewable) with contract-end gratuity.
