Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research and generate scholarly publications or significant research outputs
- Initiate and support research projects while securing external research grants and funding
- Strengthen academic and professional networks with local and overseas institutions
- Provide leadership in programme and curriculum development and management at undergraduate to postgraduate levels
- Engage in and lead research-related activities with colleagues and research postgraduate students
- Participate as an active member of the University community
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree and/or prior degrees in relevant areas (gerontology, social work, nursing, or psychology)
- Demonstrate active research capacity and potential with evidence of strong scholarship and publications
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with preference for Cantonese knowledge and understanding of Hong Kong/China educational context
- Possess international experience and knowledge of or focus on Asia, China, or the Greater Bay Area
