Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist principal investigator and co-investigators with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
- Conduct literature review for the research project
- Coordinate student helpers
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the principal investigator
Requirements & Qualifications
- For Senior Research Assistant: Master's degree in social sciences (Communication, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology) plus one year post-Master's full-time work experience, or a Doctoral degree
- For Research Assistant I: Bachelor's degree in relevant social sciences disciplines
- Experience in social work with elderly people preferred
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
- Creative, self-motivated, responsible, and organized individual with strong interpersonal communication skills
