Duties & Responsibilities
- Publish high-quality scholarly research in management.
- Teach management courses at undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
- Participate in academic and professional activities.
- Apply for external funding to support research endeavors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD degree in management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate a publication record commensurate with years of experience.
- Show strong commitment to excellence in scholarly research, teaching, and service.
- Be either a fresh PhD graduate or an experienced Assistant Professor.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — up to three years initially, potentially leading to longer-term appointment or substantiation; commencement in 2027.
