Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspection, maintenance, fault analysis, and handling of computer servers.
- Configure and manage IT infrastructure and equipment including firewalls and networking devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Oversee IT equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance.
- Maintain and update the school's websites and social media.
- Provide occasional on-site technical support during non-office hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Diploma/Certificate from a recognised institution, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer networking, office automation, security incident handling, and server room setup.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Have strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and organisational skills.
- Be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively with flexibility and creativity.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year contract (renewable)
