Duties & Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot computer servers and IT infrastructure daily.
Configure and manage firewalls, networking equipment, and related IT devices.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve end-user IT issues.
Oversee IT equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance standards.
Maintain and update the School's websites and social media platforms.
Provide occasional on-site technical support during non-office hours.
Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.

Hold a Diploma/Certificate from a recognised institution, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related disciplines.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer networking, office automation, and security incident handling.
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
Display strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organisational abilities.
Be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in system administration and network/user management is advantageous.

Full-time contract — 2 years, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
