Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide academic and strategic leadership to the Faculty of Business and Economics.
- Foster a supportive research environment and commit to excellence in education.
- Foster a collegial culture and develop new strategies for the Faculty.
- Build networks with the business community and oversee fundraising efforts.
- Attend to student experience and advance the Faculty's mission and transition to the new Pokfield Campus.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Outstanding scholar at full Professor level or above with distinguished international standing.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or equivalent in Business, Economics, or closely related discipline.
- Record of distinguished scholarship and professional excellence.
- Active engagement with business and government for teaching, research and service.
- Proven administrative experience in a premier university with expertise in strategic planning, financial stewardship, and talent development.
- Global outlook and deep understanding of higher education landscape in Hong Kong, mainland China, Asia-Pacific and globally.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills with demonstrable success in fundraising and partnership development.
