Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and implement strategic plans for the EMBA (Chinese) Programme.
  • Lead and manage Programme staff across multiple locations.
  • Oversee budget, financial planning, staff recruitment, and performance management.
  • Manage academic matters and student learning experiences throughout their programme.
  • Provide academic advice and coordinate teaching and learning activities.
  • Support curriculum development and quality assurance as Programme Committee secretary.
  • Build collaborative relationships with external stakeholders including corporations and alumni.
  • Work flexible hours and travel outside Hong Kong as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher, preferably in Business or related discipline.
  • Substantial administrative experience combining business and tertiary education sectors.
  • Minimum twelve years' post-qualification experience with at least ten years in management.
