Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in sustainable energy and environment including energy-efficient civil systems, renewable energy infrastructure, and water/wastewater treatment technologies
- Develop expertise in sustainable environmental technologies and assessment/management practices
- Demonstrate effective teaching and strong research potential complementing the department's strengths in advanced experimental, numerical and information technologies
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related discipline
- Preferably hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering
- Demonstrate strong potential for effective teaching and promising research
Appointment
- Assistant/Associate Professor or Professor rank; 3-year initial contract (renewable) for Assistant/Associate Professor positions; substantive appointment for Professor rank
