Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement good laboratory practice and act as laboratory officer in charge.
- Support research, administration and management of the center with the Scientific Officer.
- Coordinate multiple research projects with different internal and external parties.
- Develop research initiatives and support commercialization efforts.
- Organize workshops, seminars and conferences, and coordinate undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Prepare project documents including proposals, plans and reports.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering or related discipline with 3-5 years of laboratory science experience.
- Preferably experienced in water and wastewater engineering with teaching or training background.
- Commercialization experience preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Experience with computational drawing software including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and SolidWorks preferred.
Appointment
