Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct child assessments under supervision of research team and educational psychologists for early childhood development research.
Participate in a large-scale child development research project in school-based settings.
Support data collection and assessment procedures as part of the research team.

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in psychology, early childhood education, or related social science/education fields.
Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and excellent written and spoken Chinese.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with preschool children or exposure to child/psychological assessments preferred.
Responsible, detail-minded, patient, and punctual with strong sense of dedication.
