Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct child assessments under supervision of research team and educational psychologists for early childhood development project.
- Participate in large-scale child development research in school-based settings.
- Complete mandatory 3-day training program before employment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in psychology, early childhood education, or related social science fields.
- Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and excellent written and spoken Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with preschool children or child/psychological assessments preferred.
Appointment
- Part-time, hourly-paid, approximately 12-25 hours per week with minimum two weekdays per week commitment.
