Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and implement alumni engagement strategies including forums, homecoming events, giving campaigns, and reunions.
Manage portfolios of local and international alumni chapters providing developmental support.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance alumni engagement objectives.
Manage event timelines, logistics, and budgets for successful programme delivery.
Prepare promotional materials and maintain websites and social media platforms.
Provide secretariat support including scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.

Hold a recognised degree in a relevant discipline.
Have at least 6 years of relevant experience in event management, relationship management, marketing, communications, or related fields.
Be proficient in CMS, database management, marketing platforms, Canva, and MS Office.
Demonstrate strong project management, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.

Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract (renewable), with contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University contribution to retirement benefits.
