Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver undergraduate student enrichment and corporate partnership programmes.
- Manage enrichment programmes including student exchanges, case competitions, mentorship programmes, and study trips.
- Engage and liaise with overseas institutions, corporate partners, and external parties.
- Coordinate programmes and events with stakeholders and students.
- Supervise clerical staff and perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a good bachelor's degree.
- Have at least three years' experience in programme management and/or development, preferably in a tertiary institution or education sector.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
- Show strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess high computer literacy and professional demeanour with commitment to quality.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract (renewable) with contract-end gratuity and retirement benefits up to 10% of basic salary
