Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance management for university properties.
  • Supervise routine repairs and maintenance of buildings.
  • Manage contractors for building repair works and issue work orders.
  • Ensure quality and standards of contractor workmanship.
  • Coordinate and supervise external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Represent the Estates Office in communications with stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised associate degree or higher diploma in Building, Construction, Surveying, Architectural Studies, or related discipline.
  • Have minimum two years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Show ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with service-oriented mindset.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

Appointment

  • Full-time fixed-term contract of two years; re-appointment subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and funding availability.
