Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative and accounting staff to improve operations and develop efficient systems.
  • Manage budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and collaborate with Finance Office on consultant lists.
  • Coordinate campus planning, facilities management, and stakeholder consultation events.
  • Handle recruitment, performance reviews, space inventory management, and provide administrative support.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, quantity surveying, or related field with professional membership.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in construction or systems development.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt innovative technologies and digital transformation.
