Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and teach MSc courses in computer science and artificial intelligence across multiple programs.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and student presentations while mentoring internship and entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Arrange student activities and handle inquiries related to the MSc AIE program with regular travel between Hong Kong and Shanghai.
- Optionally design and teach courses in Advanced Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge in AI/ML algorithms, data analytics, or related computer science and big data technologies.
- Prior experience with entrepreneurship, including startup projects or product commercialization.
- Demonstrated capacity for excellent teaching at tertiary level.
- Experience in student service activities such as counseling, interviews, seminars, and career fairs.
Appointment
- Full-time, renewable contract (Lecturer or Senior Lecturer rank); outstanding candidates may receive 2-year contracts with potential promotion to Assistant/Associate Professor of Engineering Education.
