Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and teach MSc courses in AI, computer science, big data, and related programs across Hong Kong and Shanghai campuses.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and student presentations while mentoring students in internship and entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Arrange student activities and handle inquiries for the MSc AIE program with Shanghai as the primary work location.
- Optionally design and teach a course in Advanced Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship based in Hong Kong.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge in AI/ML algorithms, data analytics, big data technologies, or related computer science areas.
- Prior entrepreneurship experience such as startup participation, product commercialization, or venture competition involvement.
- Demonstrated capacity for excellent teaching at tertiary level or equivalent.
- Experience in student service matters including applicant interviews, academic counselling, and organizing seminars and career events.
Appointment
- Full-time, renewable contract; commencing February 2027; Lecturer or Senior Lecturer rank on teaching track.
