Duties & Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and assess relevant datasets for project needs, performing data fusion and statistical analyses.
Manage and maintain large-scale taxi trajectory databases, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Oversee GPU/CPU server clusters for AI model training.
Develop and train machine learning models for real-time taxi driver profitability prediction.
Design intuitive frontend interfaces for drivers to interact with models in real-world scenarios.

Doctoral degree in Transportation Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
Proficiency in machine learning, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and research project management.
Solid experience configuring GPU/CPU clusters and managing high-speed storage.
Strong knowledge of Python frameworks and databases (SQL); familiarity with C++ and Java advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with self-motivated and organized approach to teamwork.
