Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical trial operations.
- Execute study procedures, data collection, and medical emergency management.
- Communicate with research teams and internal/external collaborators.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with commitment to quality and compliance.
- Detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- BLS/ACLS certification and venipuncture certificate advantageous.
- Clinical trial operations experience and GCP knowledge advantageous.
