Duties & Responsibilities

Act as key contact person among clinical study centres, sponsoring companies, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
Facilitate planning, initiation and monitoring of clinical studies throughout their project life cycles.
Assess feasibility of clinical studies and support study planning, preparation and initiation.
Monitor progress and quality of study activities both on-site and off-site via electronic systems.
Oversee study centres' compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements.
Assist in study closure, facilitate audits and inspections, and perform other assigned duties.

Bachelor's degree or above in Health, Biological/Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing or related disciplines.
Experience in clinical research operations with basic GCP knowledge is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with commitment to quality and compliance.
Detail-minded, able to multitask, with strong sense of responsibility.
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (Putonghua proficiency preferred).

1-year temporary basis or 2-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
