Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair general facilities and equipment throughout the institution.
- Service water equipment and pump room machinery.
- Perform carpentry, painting, and lock repair work.
- Assist with equipment installation and testing.
- Procure and inventory facility components and maintenance tools.
- Prepare equipment and supplies for institutional events.
- Support minor improvement and renovation projects as needed.
- Follow up on engineering-related matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed accredited training course with minimum 2 years related experience, or passed skills test with minimum 2 years experience.
- Hold valid Green Card safety training certificate.
- Possess basic knowledge of building facilities including fire systems and plumbing.
- Read and write Chinese and simple English.
- Valid electrical registration certificate or plumbing license preferred.
- Building maintenance, repair or facility equipment experience preferred.
