Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile management reports, statistics, proposals, and meeting materials.
- Organise and provide secretarial support to meetings, committees and boards, including minutes and agendas.
- Coordinate events, functions and forums for the President's Office or Institute.
- Prepare official correspondence and liaison with internal and external parties.
- Provide administrative support to the President's Office operations.
- Coordinate arrangements for visits by external guests.
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A recognised degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years' relevant work experience at executive level, preferably in educational institutions.
- Detail-oriented, organised and proactive with strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
- Experience in report writing, meeting minutes and proposal writing is preferred.
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
