Duties & Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise residents' daily routines and living standards.
- Develop and implement holistic development plans for residents and manage training records.
- Plan and organize hostel training activities and new programs.
- Assist with departmental procurement and collection of accommodation fees.
- Work overnight shifts as scheduled by the hostel supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hong Kong senior secondary education qualifications including Chinese, English, and Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in residential care facilities or special school hostels, or first aid training preferred.
- Ability to work independently with strong teamwork spirit.
- Good computer skills preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
