Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative research on synthetic biology approaches for vaccine development and cancer treatment.
- Design experiments involving molecular cloning, mRNA construct preparation, vaccine formulation, and cell-based assays.
- Perform animal experiments and immune profiling using techniques such as flow cytometry and single-cell RNA sequencing.
- Analyze data and prepare manuscripts presenting research findings.
- Assist in grant preparation, student supervision, and coordination with research collaborators.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in synthetic biology, immunology, vaccinology, molecular biology, bioengineering, computational biology, artificial intelligence, or related discipline.
- Strong experimental, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience in mRNA/LNP vaccine development, cancer immunotherapy, bacterial infection models, mouse experiments, flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, single-cell RNA sequencing, bioinformatics, or AI-assisted biomedical data analysis is advantageous.
